Merging a buddies clan with be2

A buddy of mine has had his clan going for a while but has been plagued by normal clan problems. He has asked if i would mind his clan merging with us and i figured why not. He has 17 players that he would like to bring but wants to keep the group together for the time being. So i figured we could put them in be2 and move the players that have made top clan requirements up and drop the dead weight. I will need all elders advice on this topic and any inputs on players to move

I'm thinking death, gazmogs, and capo can move to top clan while Ana banana and tonka2 can move down to little empire.

This was basically what i was trying to do with LE but that may take a while
Ps spurred keeps trying to join be n be2 hes 12 weve told him in LE that he can't join but he keeps trying so he is officially banned from all clans!

His clan is called dragon godz. He isn't bringing everyone, only the active loyal players

And im guessing their all adults ?
