The be2 cycle

As u know be2 is a farming clan and it works on a repetative cycle, that ive been through more than 3 times now.
The cycle is as follows

1. Recruit till clan is full
2. Lock down clan stopping all recruiting
3. Weed out all the non actives leaving us with the good players only
4. Decide whos eligible to move to top clan.
5.decide whos staying in be2 and choose next wave of elders.
6. Moving day! Doors to BE get opened ppl from be2 move up filling top clan
7. Promote new elders in be2
8. Cycle begins again.

This cycle takes around 6ish weeks to do but works wonders for the top clan.
Moving day will always be around the time that top clan push so the promotees can hit the ground running

We are very close to BE being full to the brim with active members so i think be2 will soon become a great clan in its own right and wont be the stop gap clan it is now. Although this does depend on if BE members continue to be as active asweve lost a few great players recently which will always open up more gaps to go through the cycle again
This is a tried and tested system that will be in place for as long as we need it.
